Just a taste from
Chef Aquila
Boston's Roxbury neighborhood is the place I first called home. Growing up in a family full of great cooks and love filled events centered around food sparked a desire within me to become a chef from a young age. I studied Baking and Pastry Arts at Madison Park High School, Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management at Southern New Hampshire University and got my start working in some of Boston's best kitchens under the direction of some of the most amazing chefs with experience ranging from small neighborhood gems like Ashmont Grill to large conglomerates like Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center and running one of Boston's Favorite Food Trucks and Catering Company, Jamaica Mi Hungry.

For years, I have been building, growing, learning, rising and striving in Boston's food industry. As a recent implant in the Greenville area, I am looking to share some my Boston experience (and swag) and with bit of Caribbean flare with my new neighbors in the Upstate, and sprinkling a bit of new flavor on Greenville's ever-growing food scene.

I look forward to serving you!
